As much as they advertise it, Disneyland is truly the land of dreams. We embarked on this magical journey March 12th. We flew down and arrived at the park at 10:00 am and left at 4:30 pm. It was awesome!!!!!

Of course, the main reason for the trip was for our up and coming Princess Elyse. Notice the outfit she is wearing in the first two pictures

Notice what dress she just had to have.
Notice she also had to have glass slippers.
This was the cutest thing ever and definately worth the 1-1/2 hour wait. Elyse got to meet Sleeping Beauty, Mulan, and Belle. She spent about one minute with every princess and absolutely loved it.

We had so much fun! We can't wait to go again.

More Pictures of Cohen

Our little guy is doing pretty good. He has been such a wonderful baby. He's had a rough start with needing the tanning bed for a week, getting RSV, ear infections, and now having reflux.

He is sure cute though and still finds some way to smile through all is grunting. Elyse has done great. She loves to hold him (only for a couple of seconds), she is always trying to help with putting his binky in his mouth and rocking him to sleep.

Cohen's Arrival

Please welcome Cohen Jacob Smith to the world. Cohen came at 9:32pm on January 8th, 2008. He weighed 6.9 lbs and is 18 in. long.

He is such a beautiful child. Melyssa is doing well. Elyse just loves her brother. When she first saw him she said "Oh cute." She holds up her hands and says "I want to hold my baby."

For me (Dad), I am elated. He is very very cute in that manly sort of way.

Terrible Twos!!!

I adore Ellie! Somedays, however, we have our differences. Like today, for example. I got her all dolled up with her new fluffy skirt, her sparkle shoes and a purple bow. She looked beautiful! Since she was in a good mood I took her to get her 2 year old pictures taken. She threw the biggest fit ever. I wrestled with her for about 15 minutes while the helpful photographer sent text meaasges. Get serious!!! so we just left and may go back another day this week. What fun!
